Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Studio Glow Candle Co. We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Please read our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Canadian public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer - we'll keep you informed!

Shipping Rates, Delivery Estimates & Tracking

We offer $14 flat rate shipping Canada-wide. We also offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $95. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

US Ordering & Shipping

At present, US customers are not able to order from our website directly. For US Orders (lower 48 only), please email us at info@studioglowcandleco.ca to place an order. Shipping will be calculated based on weight, size of package, and Zip Code.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival to customer. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
